Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer with AI/LLM experience to join ioet’s remote development team. You will help build and evolve a platform that automates the software development lifecycle using advanced Large Language Models.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and maintain existing codebases while delivering new features.
• Balance feature development with bug resolution in production environments.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Identify and communicate blockers proactively.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and containerized deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage tasks independently.
• Effective English communication (minimum B2 level).
• Based in Latin America and comfortable with remote work.

Required skills

• JavaScript and Next.js for frontend development.
• Python, preferably with FastAPI.
• Experience with LLM tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Docker and containerised environments.
• CI/CD pipeline design, debugging and deployment support.
