Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search for senior‑level talent worldwide. Working remotely, you will partner with clients to understand their strategic needs and deliver high‑impact leaders who drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level roles.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
