BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. This remote position focuses on sourcing and assessing senior‑level talent for both internal needs and client organizations, helping build high‑impact leadership teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Monitor market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Demonstrated relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Effective candidate assessment capabilities.
