English-Spanish Medical Interpreter (Remote)

About the role

Kreato Language Group LLC is seeking a qualified English‑Spanish Medical Interpreter to join its remote team. You will provide accurate consecutive interpretation for medical, social services, customer service, and financial calls, ensuring clear communication between providers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver over‑the‑phone and video remote interpretation between English and Spanish.
• Interpret medical terminology and related information accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times.
• Support callers in healthcare, social services, customer service, and financial contexts.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven remote interpretation experience in both languages.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and related domains.
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Ethernet connection (cable‑direct to router).
• Noise‑cancelling microphone and USB headset (Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, or Microsoft Lifechat LX‑6000).
• Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
• Processor i5 (6th generation or newer) and 1080p camera.
