About the role

As an AI Technical Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead the design and deployment of AI‑driven automation solutions that streamline enterprise workflows and boost operational efficiency. You will bridge strategic objectives with technical execution, prototyping and scaling tools for planning, reporting, and content generation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI‑driven automation to optimize enterprise workflows and operational efficiency.
• Prototype and scale innovative solutions for automated planning, reporting, and content generation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end program lifecycle, ensuring technical initiatives align with business objectives and delivery milestones.
• Operationalize AI solutions into repeatable, scalable systems while managing cross‑functional dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and drive the technical direction of AI transformation projects.
• Integrate AI tools and workflow orchestration platforms with existing systems like JIRA to enhance data and document integration.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with a focus on AI automation and workflow orchestration.
• Proven expertise in leading initiatives that streamline operational processes using AI tools and JIRA.
• Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to prototype and scale AI solutions into repeatable systems.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate data and documentation workflows for organizational planning and reporting.
• Experience managing complex technical programs and operationalizing AI for content generation at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
