Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Software Engineer who will work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will join client teams as a full‑stack developer, using GitHub Copilot as the primary development environment to deliver AI‑accelerated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client engineering teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use GitHub Copilot to generate and coordinate code across large, multi‑file systems while maintaining architectural oversight.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and iterate on AI‑generated output.
• Design and implement AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review practices for high‑impact or safety‑critical features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience using GitHub Copilot as a primary development tool.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑ready software where AI generates the majority of implementation code.
• Advanced English communication skills and a four‑year college degree.
