Agentic Python Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Python Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client development teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers on complex, AI‑enhanced projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to daily development tasks.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Utilize AI engineering tools to accelerate coding and review AI‑generated code.
• Orchestrate, validate, and integrate model‑produced code into larger systems.
• Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to large, complex codebases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and extreme ownership.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Python programming language.
• Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI).
• Experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology.
