Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, product managers and AI/ML specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to daily design and engineering discussions.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Design AI‑native workflows, copilots, automation systems and LLM‑based experiences.
• Build, scale and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and work 40 hours per week on remote projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles, human‑AI interaction design, and AI‑native product patterns.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design and usability best practices.
• Experience designing for large, complex systems and working with Agile/Scrum teams.
