Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and AI/ML teams in an agile environment.
• Develop, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and cross‑functional handoff.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and usability across complex, large‑scale systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of leading product design from concept to delivery.
• Experience designing workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, or LLM‑based features.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to take extreme ownership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles and human‑AI interaction design.
