Agentic AI Solutions Architect (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Bluelight is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven, agentic workflows for clients across Latin America. The role blends client‑facing technical leadership with hands‑on solution implementation, ensuring measurable ROI from large language model (LLM) integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for client AI and automation requests.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify high‑impact AI, LLM, and agentic workflow opportunities.
• Design integrated data and AI architectures linking marketing platforms, data warehouses, and LLM services.
• Present technical recommendations focused on automation ROI.
• Build and troubleshoot end‑to‑end agentic solutions, handling data discrepancies and integration issues.
• Implement automations using n8n, Make, Flowise, AWS Step Functions, custom APIs, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal.
• Develop and fine‑tune LLM applications for data enrichment, predictive analytics, and automated marketing tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience at the intersection of client strategy, data engineering, and applied AI.
• Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
