AI Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers on cutting‑edge AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, fine‑tune, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design and implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Integrate AI solutions into production environments and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and production‑grade AI systems.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to shared libraries.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year degree.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) in a remote setting.
