About the role
Kyndryl is seeking an Account Management Partner to drive proactive growth and profitability for its largest customers. You will create and nurture deep relationships with senior executives, delivering Kyndryl’s technology solutions and ensuring long‑term account success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that increase revenue and minimize renewal erosion.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities while expanding existing work into larger scopes.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to build a robust go‑to‑market pipeline.
- Own the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Stay informed on external best practices and translate them into innovative solutions for customers.
Required profile
- Dynamic individual with a proven track record in enterprise account management.
- Strategic thinker capable of designing and implementing cutting‑edge account strategies.
- Strong understanding of the technology services industry and external best practices.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C‑level executives.
