Hybrid Bilingual Sales Development Representative (English Required)

About the role
As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative you will work directly with the Sales Manager to shape and strengthen Stack Builders' commercial strategy. You will identify and engage new clients across the US and Europe, build strong relationships, and generate opportunities for innovative software development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified outbound opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and prospecting tools targeting Director, VP and C‑level decision‑makers.
- Qualify prospects using a consultative approach, handle objections and book meetings that feed a legitimate sales pipeline.
- Maintain outreach sequences, track performance metrics and report on KPI achievement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing or consulting (SaaS, IT services or tech environments preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1) – written and spoken.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound pipeline and KPI goals.
- Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
- Highly organized, proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a KPI‑driven hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo.io or similar.
- Ability to conduct virtual meetings using Google Meet or Zoom.
