Treasury Analyst – Global Fintech & Crypto Role

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support a high‑growth fintech and cryptocurrency platform. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will manage global liquidity, cash positioning, and multi‑currency operations across international markets while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning in the Treasury Management System and monitor global liquidity.
• Reconcile all cash‑related accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit, and produce reconciliation reports for month‑end close.
• Manage domestic and international bank relationships, obtain statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain an accurate cash picture.
• Coordinate rolling cash forecasts (daily, 13‑week, 26‑week) to support working‑capital planning and senior‑management decisions.
• Monitor fund disbursements and ensure compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards.
• Prepare ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization, variances, and anomalies with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of treasury analyst or equivalent finance experience in complex, multi‑currency environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• Strong written English, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, deadline‑driven work ethic.
• Must be currently based in Latin America or Europe.
