Temporary Corporate Banking Analyst (C11) – Quito

About the role

The Temporary Analyst will support the Institutional Banking team in capital‑raising, strategic advisory, and client‑focused trading activities. Working in Quito, the analyst acts as a strategic advisor, helping clients develop investment strategies and secure financing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client transactions, projects, and assignments as a junior team member.
• Partner with senior Corporate Banking Officers to deliver advisory services.
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations and create statistical exhibits.
• Conduct economic and financial research to support client decisions.
• Evaluate company performance against industry and market trends.
• Assess risk, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Citi policies, and report control issues.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience (internship experience acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, regulations, and financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
