About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help staff technology positions across a diverse portfolio of clients, from global giants to innovative startups. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from opening to offer.
• Source, review, and filter candidates based on defined parameters.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase strengths effectively.
• Coordinate communication with internal hiring teams and stakeholders to keep the process on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
