Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. The role is fully remote and will be embedded within the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and execution of CMS migration initiatives, including content modeling, data mapping and transformation.
• Design and implement backend services and API‑driven solutions using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, content, engineering) to define migration strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Guide a team of engineers, making technical decisions and mentoring junior members.
• Integrate Sanity CMS schemas, APIs and tooling into existing platforms and set up scalable deployment workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing complex projects.
• Advanced English communication skills and a completed four‑year college degree.
