Team Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to manage local operations and participant engagement for a data‑collection and usability‑testing project involving medical consumer devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales. The role will ensure that participants follow predefined scenarios and that all data is captured consistently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with local participants throughout the study.
• Support onboarding, providing guidance and answering questions for new participants.
• Schedule testing sessions and monitor attendance to meet project timelines.
• Assist with device logistics, including procurement and distribution when needed.
• Oversee the execution of local sessions, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Verify that required metadata and documentation are completed accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as required.
