Talent Intelligence Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to turn Talent Acquisition business rules into actionable KPIs, monitoring systems, and dashboards. You will serve as the bridge between data and decision‑making, ensuring a single source of truth for talent metrics across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define, refine, and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies early.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design and maintain accurate dashboards and support reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insights and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills.
• Database management and handling of large datasets.
