Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to turn Talent Acquisition data into actionable insights. Working remotely, you will create and maintain KPI frameworks, monitoring systems, and dashboards that support leadership decision‑making and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Define, document, and refine KPIs, establishing clear formulas and measurement criteria.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to surface performance drops and data inconsistencies early.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS, and CRM systems, guaranteeing a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design and update dashboards, ensuring accurate KPI logic and supporting reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven track record in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills.
• Database management experience with large datasets.
