Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Intelligence Analyst. You will turn business rules into actionable KPIs, build monitoring systems, and ensure a single source of truth for talent metrics across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define, refine, and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition function.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to surface performance drops and data inconsistencies early.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design and maintain dashboards that reflect correct KPI logic and support reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong SQL and database management skills.
