Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev, you will turn Talent Acquisition business rules into actionable KPIs, monitoring systems, and dashboards. You will act as the bridge between data and decision‑making, ensuring a single source of truth for all talent metrics across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define, refine and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies early.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create and maintain accurate dashboards and support reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong SQL and database management skills with experience handling large datasets.
• At least 2 years of data‑analysis experience focused on insights and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimisation, KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
