About the role

Join BairesDev as a Talent Acquisition Associate and become the first point of contact for candidates worldwide. You will help shape the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and supporting the evaluation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles to determine general fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
• Schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Assist interviewers by providing candidate background information and assessing qualifications, experience, and motivation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
