Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to become the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will conduct initial interviews, evaluate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles and assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse candidates.
