Talent Acquisition Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this fully remote position, you will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles and assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent communication abilities in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Comfortable engaging with applicants from diverse cultural backgrounds.
