Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. Working fully remotely, you will help match top talent with the company’s technology projects and ensure a smooth, engaging recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles and assess overall fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, motivation, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Talent for building rapport quickly with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
