Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to determine general suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
