Strategic Pricing Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to design and execute data‑driven pricing strategies for its global client base. The position is fully remote and supports the company’s mission to deliver competitive, consistent, and commercially sound rates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate rate proposals for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with pricing logic and best practices.
• Conduct research and analysis to support pricing recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate pricing data and develop reports to monitor trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Staffing, Client Services, and Management to ensure pricing consistency.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to optimize margins and support business objectives.
• Approve new openings in line with sales and company objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative remote environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
