Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze our pool of vetted IT candidates and match them with business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, overseeing the end‑to‑end vetting and placement process.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully fill open positions, select qualified candidates and meet defined deadlines.
• Review, filter and maintain the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services and Sales teams throughout the staffing cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar staffing role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
