Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. Working remotely, you will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates to meet client‑specific IT opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side, ensuring timely placements.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions, keeping pipelines up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client services, and sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and strong business/process mindset.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
