Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyse our pool of vetted candidates and staff IT business opportunities. The role bridges Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the right talent reaches the right projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end staffing for open positions, selecting and presenting candidates within deadlines.
• Review, filter and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date and clean any outdated listings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services and Sales teams to align expectations.
• Support the vetting process on the client side while meeting time‑to‑market and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar staffing role.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
