Staffing Analyst – Candidate Management (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Staffing Analyst to join our Team Clients. The role focuses on managing candidate pipelines, preparing resumes and keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process. It is a full‑time remote position with standard Monday‑Friday hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review the candidate pipeline, tracking each candidate’s status in the ATS.
• Analyze candidate profiles and hiring strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to update them on their application status.
• Assist in preparing candidate documents, including resumes and other supporting materials.
• Update, maintain and organize candidate records ensuring data accuracy.
• Adapt to additional duties outside the core role as needed.

Required profile

• Near‑native fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Technology‑savvy mindset, comfortable troubleshooting and recommending new tools.
• Availability to work full‑time remotely (Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM).
