Sourcing Professional – Buying/Procurement

About the role

Our Sourcing and Procurement team drives value by identifying strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of products and services. As a Sourcing Professional – Buying/Procurement, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet internal customer needs and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute supplier tenders to support internal demand.
• Negotiate, execute, and maintain supplier contracts in line with local policies.
• Develop, qualify, and manage existing and new suppliers aligned with business strategies.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Support long‑term sourcing and distribution management strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, administrative or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and ethics.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
