Solutions Architect – Cloud, AI/ML & Data

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its Technology Services practice. In this remote position you will work directly with clients from the earliest stages of opportunity scoping, shaping technical solutions that span cloud, AI/ML, data, security, and application modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client conversations from the second call onward to conduct deep technical and business discovery.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and cost‑effective architectures across cloud, AI/ML, data, security, and application modernization domains.
• Collaborate with account management to surface adjacent use cases and expand pipeline value.
• Guide cross‑functional teams in validating proposed solutions and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Deliver end‑to‑end cloud solutions tailored to each client’s business and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Strong experience engaging with clients on technical strategy and solution design.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; no visa sponsorship provided.
