SEO Specialist – Remote

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead strategy and execution for automotive clients. This remote position offers full ownership of SEO initiatives, allowing you to experiment, challenge assumptions, and directly impact rankings and traffic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic growth through on‑page SEO, advanced keyword research, technical optimizations, and site‑structure improvements.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Profile.
• Conduct internal linking audits, resolve keyword cannibalisation, perform competitor analyses, and execute comprehensive website audits.
• Develop and implement Local SEO and GEO strategies, including AI‑driven visibility tactics.
• Experiment with new SEO approaches and contribute to a data‑driven team culture.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, even when challenging their assumptions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven ranking results.
• 2+ years in a client‑facing agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency with GA, GSC, GBP, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to design and execute both short‑term and long‑term SEO strategies.
• Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Current residence in LATAM or Europe.
