Reporting Analyst, CPG

About the role

The Reporting Analyst will turn raw marketing data into clear, actionable insights for CPG clients. You will work with multiple digital platforms, build automated reports, and communicate performance trends to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reports for e‑commerce, B2B and B2C channels across all marketing platforms.
• Extract and analyze data from Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other tools to surface performance insights.
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly performance decks focused on data storytelling and recommendations.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and answer specific business questions.
• Transform complex data sets into concise visualizations using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures and the customer journey.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Data visualization tools: Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio.
• Marketing platforms: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
• Statistical analysis concepts such as regression modeling and test/control analysis.
