SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Quito. You will work closely with content, design and development teams to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth keyword research, competitive analysis and devise tailored SEO strategies.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, headings and content.
• Collaborate with the content team to create and refine high‑quality, SEO‑friendly copy.
• Monitor, analyze and report on organic traffic, rankings and conversion metrics using analytics tools.
• Perform regular technical audits to fix crawl errors, broken links and improve page speed.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through ethical outreach and partnership initiatives.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends and best practices.
• Work with design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new website projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
