Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high‑visibility technical programs across distributed teams. You will act as the central hub for program visibility, risk management, and executive communication, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and meet strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical programs, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Produce executive‑level status reports and keep leadership aligned.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and remove blockers to maintain program momentum.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollouts, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record managing distributed teams and complex dependencies.
• Experience with adoption‑focused programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
