Senior IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join a growing Managed Services Provider that supports multiple SMB clients across Latin America. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining complex infrastructure solutions for diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS services.
• Design, deploy and maintain network infrastructure including VPNs, firewalls, DNS, routing and switching.
• Lead migrations, deployments and infrastructure projects for client environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.
• Strong background in MSP environments (preferred).
• Proven networking knowledge (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, routing, switching).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Experience using RMM and PSA platforms.
• Advanced English communication skills.
