Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in Vue.js to lead the design and delivery of high‑quality web applications. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to create scalable, maintainable solutions that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead frontend technical initiatives and influence architectural and design decisions.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality standards, and maintainable software solutions.
• Own complex features and ensure successful delivery of business‑critical initiatives.
• Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities for technical and process improvements.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and build trusted relationships.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution planning, estimations, and reviews.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Promote continuous improvement and elevate overall engineering performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of frontend development experience building complex web applications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, modern frontend architectures, and component‑based development.
• Proven experience with Vue.js in production environments.
• Experience modernising legacy frontend codebases.
• Deep understanding of performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to influence engineering decisions.
• Proactive, independent, and able to drive solutions forward.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering team growth.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with frontend testing methodologies and quality assurance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
