Scrum Master – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its remote team. You will act as the central coordination point for business and technical requirements, ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Guide teams in mastering Scrum practices for effective execution.
• Lead Scrum events, enhancing collaboration and transparency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.
• Remove obstacles to boost quality deliverables.
• Cultivate continuous improvement and best practices.
• Foster self‑organization and positive teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum values and a sustainable pace.
• Align with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders for synergy.

Required profile

• More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• More than four years of experience in the IT industry.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
