About the role
We are a fast‑growing language services provider seeking a proactive Sales Executive to convert high‑quality leads into clients and nurture existing accounts. This fully remote role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on leads primarily via phone, presenting our business model and closing sales.
- Maintain and grow relationships with recurring customers, acting as a trusted consultant.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with project managers to define requirements and ensure scope changes are communicated.
- Monitor compliance with schedules and deadlines, ensuring on‑time service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Required profile
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients and closing deals.
- Native or near‑native command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
