Sales Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our mission‑driven commercial team. You will engage with prospective students, universities and partners worldwide, introducing them to MEDLIFE’s impact‑focused programs and driving conversations from first contact to qualified opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads through channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Conduct outreach calls and virtual meetings in English (C1‑C2 level) to build trust and explain MEDLIFE’s value proposition.
• Follow up consistently, manage objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Record all activities and outcomes in a CRM system, maintaining high data quality.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to refine scripts, share feedback and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Near‑native English proficiency (C1‑C2) with strong verbal communication skills.
• 6‑12 months of experience in sales, customer service, outreach, student recruitment or a similar people‑facing role.
• Resilience to handle rejection, self‑motivation to create opportunities and a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Alignment with MEDLIFE’s mission to increase access to healthcare, education and safe housing.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
