SaaS Platform Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a SaaS Platform Operations Engineer to own the day‑to‑day technical operations of our multi‑tenant SaaS platform. The role will handle subscriber onboarding, environment configuration, release management, monitoring, and production support across customer‑hosted AWS deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the SaaS platform for all customer subscribers.
• Manage subscriber onboarding, configuration, feature enablement, and off‑boarding.
• Deploy application updates, patches, bug fixes, and new features.
• Maintain release notes, change logs, rollback plans, and deployment records.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, customer‑reported issues, and AWS environment problems.
• Support customer‑hosted AWS deployments, including IAM, networking, and access configuration.
• Maintain deployment scripts, templates, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering on defects, enhancements, security patches, and production fixes.
• Assist with AWS Marketplace onboarding, entitlement, cancellation, and listing operations where applicable.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, backup, and incident‑response procedures.
• Support customer security reviews and technical implementation questions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud operations, or SaaS operations.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS and production SaaS applications.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based release workflows.
• Strong background in monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, secrets, credentials, and access controls.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 level) and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
