Remote Sales Representative – Inbound Lead Conversion

About the role

Vertu Agent is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will work with U.S.-based prospects, turning inbound leads into satisfied clients through a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and guide prospects through each sales stage.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and up‑to‑date.
• Meet lead conversion targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead conversion, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to handle inbound leads and close deals.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent English (C2) with confidence speaking to U.S. clients.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Familiarity with Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Slack.
