Ejecutivo Comercial – Canales de Distribución

About the role

The Commercial Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business growth across the company's distribution channels in Quito. You will work closely with point‑of‑sale teams to ensure product visibility, meet budget targets, and create lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and boost business in all distribution channels.
• Provide personalized coaching to sales staff, customer service agents and cashiers at assigned points of sale.
• Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and follow up on the budget for each point of sale and devise strategies to meet objectives.
• Lead, motivate and retain the resources assigned to the sales process.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to increase commercial results.
• Meet established commercial goals, KPIs and indicators.
• Resolve inquiries, requirements and issues from assigned resources.
• Maintain constant communication with point‑of‑sale teams to ensure proper business development.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, impulse sales, retail or distribution channels.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage teams.
• Strong service attitude and ability to handle objections.
• Organized with continuous follow‑up of clients and opportunities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a team environment.
