Remote Recruiter (Interviewer)

About the role

Sophilabs is looking for a remote Recruiter who will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a key part in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates
• Prepare and distribute assignments, language assessments, and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on internal channels, the company careers page, social media, and job boards
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer compensation and benefits queries
• Monitor HR metrics such as time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in‑house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and support their onboarding process

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven experience in HR, psychology, IT recruitment, or customer service
• Fluent in English (near‑native)
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, energetic environment
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and a strong team player
• Available to work remotely Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM
