Remote Product Owner (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver workflow‑driven digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into the client’s agile team and participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Design structured intake workflows, validation logic and operational process flows.
• Support user acceptance testing, pilot rollouts and stakeholder adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (business, operations, technology, data) to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record managing Agile/Scrum product backbones for complex, workflow‑centric products.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Workflow platforms (e.g., Workfront or similar).
• Power BI or comparable reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience with automation, AI‑enabled workflows, and agent‑based processes.
• Knowledge of reporting ecosystems, data‑driven platforms and operational analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with UAT, pilot rollouts and stakeholder adoption.
