Remote Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Meadow, you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for cremation services. You will guide them with empathy and clarity, helping them make confident decisions without cold‑calling or high‑pressure tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm inbound leads from the first call through to close, following Meadow’s consultative playbook.
• Explain cremation options clearly and compassionately, aiming to resolve decisions in a single conversation when possible.
• Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text, and email to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
• Achieve revenue targets while preserving high close rates and quality scores.
• Navigate Meadow’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the internal case‑management system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English with confident, empathetic communication.
• Self‑driven, emotionally steady, and highly coachable.
• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent follow‑up rhythm.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Home office setup that meets the company’s technical requirements.
• Bonus: experience selling in high‑trust categories (insurance, healthcare, travel) and Spanish fluency.
