About the role

The Analista de Ventanilla will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with vehicle registration and related property record procedures. Working onsite in Ecuador, the analyst will ensure that every interaction meets SGS’s high standards of service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer requests concerning vehicle registration and other authorized procedures related to vehicle property records.
Provide diligent and courteous service, addressing all user needs related to SGS services.
Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory processes while promoting a culture of excellent customer service aligned with SGS international standards.

Required profile

Students or graduates in commercial, administrative, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or commercial roles.
